MOSTLY RAW, ALWAYS VEGAN

This is what I eat in a typical day, but of course it always varies and changes from day to day :)

  • Breakfast: *(Before I have any food I drink about a liter of water.) My day usually starts off with a smoothie: about 2-4 bananas, 1-3 dates, about 1 cup of whatever berries/mangoes/whatever other fruits I have around, 1 cup of spinach and one bunch of kale. Or I’ll have a mono-meal of mangoes, pineapple, kiwi, or bananas.
  • Lunch: I’ll have a salad (usually with a mix of spring mix and romaine with 2 sliced tomatoes and half of an avocado). The dressing I use varies: 1) I’ll squeeze an orange or a lemon over my salad. 2) I’ll make my own dressing (usually some kind of mix of cold-pressed avocado oil, cauliflower, 5 cashews, red pepper or something similar to that.)
  • Snack: If I worked out that day I’ll make a smoothie with 1 scoop of Sunwarrior’s Raw Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder with 2 bananas and 1 cup of almond milk. If I didn’t I’ll usually have another mono-meal of mangoes, oranges or bananas.
  • Dinner: Usually either raw zucchini pasta or another mono-meal. 
  • Dessert: I usually don’t have dessert, but if I do I’ll make myself some banana ice cream or coconut date balls.
